True, Chris, I've been trying different headers and not liking them.In fact there's not much I do like about WordPress, and this blog won't do as it's told. I'm thinking of posting anything that needs paragraphs or spacing on there and linking to it from here. I'll keep all the images, short comments, and links to articles here where it's more easily done. Best I can do at the moment.
I see you're discouraged by Blogger's "innovations" as much as I was but now I'm getting my way around it fine. Not liking it though because I still don't know how to make some things work the way they used to do. As for wordpress, I tried but quickly gave up. Not really a user-friendly place. I keep hearing about Tumblr. Not sure what to make of that. Any idea? Thankgodimatheist

Old, tired and somewhat disillusioned, but trying to keep up standards. Aware that capitalism cannot be reformed, but despairing of its dissolution in the near future, I use whatever means are available to me to avoid capitulation. OK, that works. Now I have a cunning plan.
Link works, blog is a bit sparse designwise though?

Tumblr? I'll take a look. Gratified to know it's not just me and my dystechnia (if there is such a word).
Cheers, TG.
