Great news but it needs to go further to clousre, those employers actively blacklisting need to be prosecuted. Or have they already?

Agreed, but I can't see it happening.
Maybe a civil case for punitive damages for the victims? If the unions are going to stop funding Labour (hurray!) they'll have the wherewithal.
