More on the death of Fellow Worker Ray Jessop in the Hull Daily Mail
or perhaps we should now call it the corporate killing of Ray.

Seems like Kier are more interested in implementing (or would that be imposing?)a draconian testing regime for drugs and alcohol than providing safe working practices and equipment for it's employees.

Hi Jim.
Reminds me of when I worked on sites; some office wallah/'safety officer' would stroll around the job, past ladders with missing rungs and frayed ropes and strops, checking that everybody was wearing hard hats and safety boots. If they were, clean bill of health.
I reckon any Kier worker who tries to sully their (formerly)immaculate safety record by reporting an accident is headed for the dole office.
