Sunny on "pickled Politics" reports that HMV are removing 'ANYONE BUT ENGLAND' merchandise from their Scottish stores, fearing accusations of racism (?).
I suggest that just adding '... OR FRANCE' would make it a statement of fact rather than an impious hope.
