He'd be right. Although quite why we have the spectacle of 2 billionaires who made a killing from the breakdown of the USSR in a British court I don't know.

Well, the super-rich always get a sympathetic hearing in British courts, especially when they require their critics to be silenced. In a court case involving two rival kleptocrats one must be the loser. As it turns out the richer (by far) kleptocrat won.
